Support Worker for Children's Services

Sussex Community is seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Health Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care.
You will be responsible for assisting qualified staff in providing nursing care, as detailed in individual care plans, and participating in tasks necessary to meet the needs of the ward/unit. This will involve working closely with children, families, and school staff to ensure a supportive and caring learning environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Healthcare qualification Level 3 or equivalent
- Good basic education or GCSEs in English and maths
- Experience in a hospital or community setting
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £24,071 to £25,674 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours, plus ongoing training and development opportunities and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
