Lead Our Family Help Service Team

We are seeking a highly experienced Family Help Service Lead to join our Family Help team in Hampshire. As part of our new Family Help model, we are establishing 34 teams across Hampshire to provide tailored support to families.

The Opportunity:

You will play a crucial role in supporting Social Workers within the Family Help Hubs, working with children under child protection plans, child-in-need plans, and those involved in Public Law Outline/Initial care proceedings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the Hampshire Approach, ensuring the child's voice is heard and their views recorded.
  • Working collaboratively with children, young people, and their families to provide contextualized safeguarding for adolescents.
  • Providing crucial back-office support to free up time for professional practice.

What We Can Offer:

A very competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, benefits package, including extensive training and development opportunities. You will be part of a strong, safe and supportive team environment, where your contributions are valued and recognized.

Travel Requirements:

You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire, using a current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
