They will work closely with wards, departments, and pharmacy teams to ensure that pharmacy services are tailored to meet the needs of the Care Group. Key responsibilities include deputising for the Specialist Pharmacist for Post-Acute Medicine, leading clinical pharmacy services for patients treated within the Care Group, and proposing and implementing policies and procedures to improve pharmacy services.
