About the Role

This Graduate Support Role offers a unique opportunity for graduates to gain valuable experience in a SEN setting while contributing to the education and well-being of our students. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting class teachers in delivering lessons, providing emotional support to students, and collaborating with therapists to develop individualized plans. We encourage applicants who are passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives and are willing to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers to plan and implement engaging lessons.
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to students.
  • Contribute to developing personalized plans with therapists to meet individual student needs.
  • Build strong relationships with students through regular interactions and activities.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
  • Ensure student safety and provide personal care assistance as needed.
  • Participate in staff meetings and CPD activities to stay updated on best practices.

Requirements: While prior experience is not necessary, applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to working with children with SEN. Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship is also required.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
