Job Description:

The Compliance Safety Specialist will be responsible for maintaining food safety and compliance standards across the organization. This includes verifying HACCP and food safety documentation, tracking performance, and submitting reports. The successful candidate will also assist in quality control of finished products, conduct internal audits and food checks, and maintain training records and update the training matrix.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Desirable: Food Safety Level 3 qualification and experience in a similar role
