Key Responsibilities

  • Opportunities for career advancement; many of our senior medical leaders began as Consultants within the organization.
  • Support from a Specialty Doctor and Physical Healthcare team.
  • Minimal non-resident second on-call duties, with 24-hour first on-call support.
  • Sponsorship for pursuing MBA qualifications.
  • Join a community of over 30 Consultants and 8 Clinical Directors, participating in a weekly multidisciplinary CPD and Grand Rounds program alongside NHS colleagues.
  • Pathways to progress into roles such as Medical Director, Clinical Director, Associate Director of Medical Education, Chief Quality Officer, or Lead Psychiatrist.
