Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our dedicated team at Respect Aged Care. As a skilled IT professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and solutions for our aged care operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our technological infrastructure and systems.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions to maintain optimal performance and productivity.
  • Manage all Desktop and Windows infrastructure.
  • Contribute to IT-related projects.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Fundamentals certification.
  • Previous IT Helpdesk and Support experience.
