Quality Assurance Manager for Radar Systems

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our ECRS MK2 Radar Quality Assurance Team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and completion of all allocated projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and deliver upon Project Assurance Plans (PAP) defining project assurance activities aligned to Risk, Opportunity and Improvement within the Programme.
  • Be fully aware and engaged with the Operational and IPT risks and opportunities and support driving progress.
  • Agree risk based internal assessments with the IPT lead and deliver these to completion including managing any findings to closure.
  • Contribute to the Assurance function's improvement plans across all phases of the Programme, Product and Project Lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Ideally a Bachelor's Degree [or equivalent] in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or experience in Defence, Electronics or similarly complex industries.
  • Demonstrated experience of working within high functioning quality teams.
