Vault Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vault Assistant to join our team at DivalentineCalver Recruitment Ltd. As a Vault Assistant, you will play a critical role in the smooth operation of our warehouse and strong room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the strong room and warehouse, ensuring that all shipments are properly stored and secured.
  • Coordinate the removal and receipt of shipments, verifying seal numbers and documentation.
  • Conduct daily stock reviews and liaise with imports and export departments to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management or directors.
Requirements:
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Have a good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Sound knowledge of IT, including Word and Excel.
