About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing care teams, providing leadership and guidance, and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. They will also be involved in various aspects of care delivery, including medication administration, emergency response, and documentation.

  • Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellent care.
  • Manage care plans, risk assessments, and case notes to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high standards of care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Practical Medication Administration with competencies.
  • A calm and composed demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £13-£13.50 per hour, plus benefits including pension, onsite parking, paid PVG, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave. This is a full-time or part-time position available, with dayshift or nightshift options.
