About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Deep Healthcare Services Limited. In this role, you will provide essential support to healthcare professionals and assist patients in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support patients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding for patients who require assistance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to hygiene protocols.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Assist in the administration of medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare or care assistant role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A valid DBS check (if not in place, we can assist with obtaining one).
