Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the technical aspects of our events, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. This is a key role within our organization, and we require someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for events and activities, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead the technical stage team in setting up lighting, sound, and AV systems for performances and events.
  • Oversee the management of rigging and scenic construction, ensuring compliance with safe working practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams/departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Broad range of technical skills, including experience with lighting, sound, and AV equipment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of casual technicians.
  • Experience in a dynamic arts organization, with a deep understanding of the industry's best practices.
