Job Title: Field Service Engineer

BeBee Professionals, a leading provider of technical services, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Derry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain technical equipment at customer locations, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Complete service reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
