Programme Management Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Management Office (PMO) Support to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with a Local Authority in Southwark to provide administrative support for a 2.5-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality administration to strengthen the Southwark360 Programme PMO offering.
- Produce clear and concise programme documentation, including Board minutes, Highlight Reports, slide decks, and org charts.
- Analyse key programme reports and data, summarising findings to inform programme decisions.
- Administer the Southwark360 SharePoint site, ensuring seamless access to programme information.
- A strong understanding of the current and emerging ERP technology landscape.
- Practical knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and Project Management tools.
- Broad knowledge of programme and project management, including planning, risk, and issues, finance tracking.
- A competitive rate of pay: £158.36 - £203.37 per Day.
