We are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with vulnerable youth, providing crisis response support to help them remain safely within their home environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support to children and young people in crisis
  • Work collaboratively with families and other agencies to ensure effective outcomes
  • Use effective communication skills, negotiation techniques, and creative problem-solving to resolve issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for working with vulnerable youth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to think creatively and respond to crisis situations
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle
