Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker/Specialist Social Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in Hull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults, engaging in complex case management and coordinating services and people for transition of care and support for young people.

Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Manage complex cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure effective planning, delivery, and evaluation of services.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Possess a social work qualification or equivalent, with registration with relevant health professional council/governing body (Social Care England).
  • Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
