Job Overview:
In collaboration with secondary schools and academies in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire, Principal Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Youth Support Specialist to provide vital support for students struggling with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. This challenging yet rewarding role requires a dedicated professional to work closely with teachers, students, and other stakeholders to create a positive learning environment that fosters improved outcomes.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Education and Mental Health Professional to make a real difference in the lives of young people. As a School Wellbeing Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support students with complex needs, building strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents, and contributing to a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted plans to enhance relationship and behaviour management
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment through behaviour management and relationship building

Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS disclosure or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work full-time (part-time considered)

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a attractive salary, this role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in education and social care while making a lasting impact on the lives of young people.
