Commercial Development Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Commercial Development Executive to join our client based in Northampton. As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a crucial role in identifying sales opportunities, presenting opportunities to decision makers, and managing your pipeline to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop sales strategy and identify assets to create sales opportunities
  • Develop a strategy to target local and national businesses to promote partnerships, sponsorships, advertising, hospitality, and meeting space sales
  • Obtain and maintain a deep understanding of assets and opportunities
  • Use multiple methods to generate leads, develop relationships, and achieve meetings with key decision makers
  • Present opportunities to decision makers and develop tailored presentations and material
  • Secure new commercial partners, sponsors, and clients by attracting new brands and retaining existing partners
  • Hit weekly call targets and meeting targets to build a personal pipeline
  • Convert opportunities to sales and hit and exceed monthly and seasonal targets
  • Assist in delivering outstanding customer service and experiences for partners, sponsors, and clients on matchdays

Requirements:

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Complete a DBS check
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is between £26,000-£28,000, with on-target earnings of £12,000-£20,000 solely in commission for the right candidate.
