We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Partnerships Director to join our team at Cervin. As a key member of our partner ecosystem team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with cloud providers to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Cloud Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with cloud providers, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies with cloud partners, driving joint business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Partner Enablement: Work closely with cloud partners to enable and support their sales efforts, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to drive business growth.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of cloud partners, tracking key metrics such as revenue, solution adoption, and capacity.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive partner portfolio results, including executive interlocks, enablement, certification plans, solution development, partner marketing, and demand generation.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in building successful go-to-market campaigns with cloud providers, their respective System Integration, and Technology partner channels.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the global Data Integration market, technologies, and partner ecosystem.
- Co-Selling Engagement: Familiarity with co-selling engagement models and proven track record of driving Partner Sourced bookings via managed partners.
- Direct Sales Experience: Prior quota-carrying direct sales experience.
- Strategic Agreements: Experience devising and negotiating global strategic agreements with System Integration and Technology partners.
- Performance Tracking: High caliber of experience in performance tracking, monitoring, and reporting on partner performance.
- Executive Presence: Strong presentation and writing skills with demonstrated executive presence.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
