We are partnering with a top-tier private equity secondaries firm. They boast a stellar track record and are renowned for being one of the leading firms in the sector. The fund has a remarkable history of success in both GP-led and LP-led deals.
Following the recent recruitment of an Associate, they are now seeking to fill another position in the investment team.
The role will join a collaborative and friendly team of investment professionals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting due diligence on potential secondaries acquisitions
- Preparing valuations and financial models
- Executing deals from start to finish
- Negotiating and structuring deals
- Providing strategic analysis and assessment of the future value of the secondary
- Managing external advisors
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience as an Associate in another private equity group or private equity secondaries group
- Background as a 3rd year analyst/Associate in a tier-one investment bank or advisory firm
- The role is best suited for individuals with 2-4 years of professional experience.
