Operations Associate for Private Equity Fund Management

PER, Private Equity Recruitment is seeking a skilled Operations Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in private equity and gain valuable experience in fund management.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of operational tasks, including IT systems maintenance, compliance, finance, marketing, and HR. This will involve dealing with matters related to company compliance and corporate governance, maintaining and developing IT systems, and assisting with transaction records and process reconciliation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Dealing with matters in relation to company compliance and corporate governance
- Maintaining and developing IT systems and CRM
- Responsible for operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including global mobility, systems implementation, and onboarding/offboarding procedures
- Assisting with transaction records, keeping processes, and project cost reconciliation
- Acting as a central coordinator for compliance, HR, accounting, and broader operations across the firm
Requirements
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with previous experience in a similar operations role, ideally within the Private Markets/investment advisory space. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and high level of proficiency in MS Office/Excel. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines while under pressure, and possess strong communication skills and an excellent work ethic.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
