About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Floor Porter to join our team at Andaz London Liverpool Street. As a Floor Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel floors, ensuring a high level of service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of hotel floors, including corridors, stairways, and public areas
- Restock and maintain linen and cleaning supplies
- Assist with laundry and dry cleaning services
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues
