About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at In Technology Group Limited. As a Business-Wide Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of internal system projects, defining business requirements, and mapping out IT architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they align with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and implement IT solutions that meet business needs, leveraging expertise in project management and IT systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Formal Project Management qualifications, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Delivery within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong experience in project managing and delivering IT projects, including software and data implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
  • Full UK Driving License and own vehicle (for business use).
