Job Summary

A leading steel manufacturing business is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead its IT transformation project. The successful candidate will have a background in ERP integration and IT deployment, with experience working on large-scale projects across enterprise-level platforms.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established steel manufacturing business operating across the UK and globally. With over 90 years of industry experience, the company has a strong presence in the market, achieving significant revenue and turnover.

The Role

  • Lead the IT transformation project, overseeing the migration of existing IT and ERP systems.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
  • Develop and implement processes to minimize project disruptions and risks.
  • Collaborate with software and technical engineering teams, including C-suite executives.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and support the use of ISO27002 in system development and installation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of industry experience in ERP integration and IT deployment.
  • Knowledge of working on large-scale IT system integration and ERP integrations such as SAP or EFACS.
  • Good understanding of SQL database and cloud technology knowledge.
  • Prince 2 certification and experience working in an Agile environment.
