About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Adult Complex Care Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we offer a unique opportunity to work with clients who require complex care in a community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide wound care as required
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of client care and progress
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in adult complex care
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
