Your focus will be on promoting choice and control, maximising independence, and enhancing the overall quality of life.
">No prior experience in care is necessary; we provide comprehensive training (in-work-time) and a supportive team behind you to mentor, coach, and guide your journey. You will work in accordance with Leicestershire County Council's Employee Code of Conduct and Skills for Care Code of Conduct for Adult Social Care Workers.
">Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional care and support, focusing on maximising independence.
What We Offer
">As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £25,188 - £25,590 per annum (pro-rata for part-time), along with opportunities for career growth and development. You will also have access to an excellent Local Government Pension Scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.
