About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Honeysuckle Farm. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to adults with learning and physical disabilities.

Our residential care home in Leicester offers a supportive environment where individuals can live the life they love. With a resident dog named Nigel and six ducks, our home provides a unique and stimulating atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement person-centered support plans and promote independence
  • Develop flexible activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth
  • Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing health needs
  • Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed records
  • Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration
  • Maintain a safe, clean-living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols

About You:

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
