Children's Social Work Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our Fostering Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience.
About the Team
The Fostering Team works to support foster carers in providing safe and stable placements for children in care.
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Visiting foster carers and providing ongoing support
- Attending meetings, including child in care reviews and risk assessment meetings
- Presenting to foster panels
- Conducting unannounced visits
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW)
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong partnership working skills
- The ability to think creatively and try new approaches
- Strong IT skills and a full clean driving license with a car
