About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Children's Assessing Social Worker to join our Kinship Assessment service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing assessments for Court and Fostering Panels, as well as supporting carers granted with Special Guardianship Orders.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build effective professional relationships with children, families, and other professionals.

Our service is committed to providing a high-quality service for children and their families, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England, as well as experience of working within social care, including working in a multi-agency and court environment.

You will also need to have a high-level of written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build effective professional relationships with children, families, and other professionals.
