Exciting Opportunity: Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support ongoing projects and collaborate with a remote planning team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of complex work.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-the-ground field support to the offsite planning team, ensuring accurate and detailed planning for ongoing projects.
Conduct assessments of site and equipment conditions and provide necessary scope corrections.
Identify and document process isolation locations, scaffolding, insulation, and other essential arrangements.
Prepare detailed isometric drawings for piping jobs, including dimensions, material specifications, and non-standard fittings.
Verify the accuracy of existing isometric drawings and suggest corrections where needed.
Capture photographs and precise details of equipment, process locations, and piping layouts.
Communicate regularly with the remote planning team via email and Zoom, and attend query resolution and backlog meetings.
Respond to daily queries and provide timely feedback on site assessments.
Minimum 3 years of experience in petrochemical, oil, or heavy industry, specifically in a piping or maintenance planning role.
Strong technical knowledge of piping, plant layouts, P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), and isometric drawings.
Ability to read cross-section drawings of equipment and prepare rough piping sketches.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and Outlook.
Strong communication and relationship management skills to interact effectively with remote teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
