Café Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Song M Limited. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food production
- Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to develop and implement menu changes and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
- Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or café kitchen environment
- 1 year of management experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Please note that due to the nature of the industry, you will be required to work on a shift basis on a rota basis. We offer double pay for bank holidays and a yearly bonus.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Ability to commute/relocate: London, SE1 9FJ. Catering: 1 year (preferred). Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred).
