">About the Role
">In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with our Mental Health Lead to provide emotional support and guidance to students. Your expertise will help promote healthy lifestyles and wellbeing among our students.
">Salary and Benefits
">The salary for this position is £17,645 - £18,210 per annum, paid for 30 hours a week during term-time (39 weeks a year). This equates to a pro-rata annual salary of £24,790 - £25,584. Additionally, you will receive access to the Westfield Health 'Healthy Extras' provision, which includes a range of benefits designed to support your health and wellbeing.

- Working closely with our Mental Health Lead to develop and implement wellbeing strategies">

- Supporting students with their academic progress and personal development">
