Job Title: Senior Quality Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Development Manager to lead our team of assessors in enhancing the quality of delivery across all learning programs.

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering training and support, as well as a strong understanding of quality assurance principles. They will be responsible for developing the team's skills and knowledge, ensuring that they embed cross-cutting themes such as Safeguarding/Prevent, ESDGC, Welsh Language and Culture, Equality & Diversity, and Health & Safety/Well-being into their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to improve the quality of delivery across all learning programs.
  • Lead and motivate a team of assessors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that assessors embed cross-cutting themes into their work.

Requirements:

  • Assessor and IQA qualification.
  • Relevant occupational competence.
  • Experience of delivering training and support.
  • Full driving licence with use of own vehicle.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.

Salary: £32,500 per annum.
