We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Educators Wales. This exciting opportunity allows you to take on a leadership role, developing a team of assessors to enhance the quality of delivery across all learning programs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing the team to improve the overall quality of assessments.
  • Ensuring assessors embed essential themes such as safeguarding, equality, diversity, and health & safety.
  • Preparing comprehensive quality assurance reports to support performance improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,500 (estimated), flexible working hours, and a range of benefits including annual leave, healthcare scheme, and profit-sharing scheme.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Assessor and IQA qualification.
  • Relevant occupational competence.
  • Experience in delivering training and support.
  • A full driving licence with use of your own vehicle.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check and EWC registration.
