We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Education Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Educators Wales.

About the Role

In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our assessment processes meet the highest standards of quality. As an Education Quality Assurance Lead, you will:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to assessors to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Assessor and IQA qualification.
  • Relevant occupational competence.
  • Experience in conducting audits and quality assurance.
  • A full driving licence with use of your own vehicle.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check and EWC registration.
