Dispatch and Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the logistics and dispatch operations of our plant nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient supply of trees to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the flow of stock from our nursery and suppliers to customers
  • Develop and implement the annual plant supply strategy in collaboration with the Head of Plant and Seed Supply and Plant Supply Operations Manager
  • Coordinate with hauliers for transportation management and interact with customers to provide excellent service
  • Administer contracts related to haulage, supply, and other logistics services

In this role, you will work closely with our Nursery Managers and Team Leaders to prioritize tasks and ensure that stock is available for dispatch according to schedule. If you have a strong background in logistics, plant nurseries, or a related field, and are able to demonstrate your experience in coordinating complex operations and managing multiple stakeholders, we encourage you to apply.
