SEN Psychologist Opportunity

Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychological assessments to identify individual student needs and develop tailored support plans
• Provide one-to-one and group-based therapeutic interventions to promote emotional resilience and well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students with SEN
• Design and implement inclusive teaching practices and behavioral strategies
• Provide training and workshops to staff on supporting students with SEN
Requirements:
• A degree in psychology or a related field
• Experience working with children with SEN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary based on experience (£45,000-£60,000 per annum) and a comprehensive benefits package.
