About the Role:
As a Deputy Care Manager, you will play a key leadership role in our care team, overseeing the day-to-day provision of services to older people. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality care.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in a care setting, preferably with a background in management or leadership. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families.
This role involves working 36 hours per week, with a mix of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. You will be expected to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional care and support services.
A generous salary package, including an estimated £28,500 per annum (pro rata), reflects the importance of this role in our organisation.
