About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lifestyle Facilitator to join our team. As a Lifestyle Facilitator, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.



  • Design and implement engaging activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities, promoting social interaction and community building.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and local communities to create meaningful experiences and foster strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify residents' needs and preferences, informing personalized activity plans.
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to residents in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation, progress, and feedback to inform future planning.


Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
