Job Title: Senior Consumer Analyst

GlobalData PLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consumer Analyst to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our consumer research team, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive, timely, and accurate research reports and datasets to support cutting-edge industry analysis and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage production of analysis content within your area, ensuring reports are completed to time and quality.
  2. Be a key thought leader across sectors, providing value for the whole value chain for the industry.
  3. Be the primary contact for commercial team interaction in relevant sector(s), ensuring timely and effective query responses.
  4. Team management, providing overall direction and day-to-day management of your direct teams of analysts.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Previous management and analyst experience.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skill with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • An ability to analyze quantitative data and understand key issues, FMCG trends, macro issues, and their impact on the value chain and consumer behavior.
