About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consumer Insights Analyst to join our Business Strategy and Insight Team (BSI) at McDonald's UK (Corporate). As a key member of the Consumer Insight Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, food development, and operations teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication of insights.
  • Work closely with external agencies and partners to design and implement research studies, surveys, and other data collection methods to gather insights on consumer behavior, preferences, and attitudes.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform marketing strategies, product development, and business decisions, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our insights and analytics capabilities.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a quantitative market research role, with a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, food development, and operations, to drive business growth and improvement.
