About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consumer Insights Analyst to join our Business Strategy and Insight Team at McDonald's UK (Corporate). As a key member of our Consumer Insight Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and finance teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication of insights.
  • Design and implement research studies to gather consumer feedback and preferences, and analyze results to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions, including market share, customer sentiment, and brand equity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in consumer insights and analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a quantitative market research role, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
