Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Knowledge Analyst

As a Senior Knowledge Analyst within BCG's Consumer Practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides expertise on marketing across consumer touchpoints and insights. You will work closely with case and proposal teams to develop knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory. Your role will involve serving as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping to structure and solve complex issues.

You will also support the development of existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets. This will involve working on commercialization efforts for the marketing topic within CPG companies, in conjunction with business leaders, to support marketing efforts, conferences, and publications. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will assist with on-boarding, training, and guiding junior colleagues, as well as sharing best practices within the team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop actionable insights and marketing strategies for consumer companies through relevant analytical approaches and consumer insights
  • Codify knowledge and maintain assets and tools for marketing in consumer products based on different client contexts
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders in a credible and confident manner
  • Work collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, proficient in agile ways of working
  • Bring a curious and creative mindset, open to new ideas and able to propose innovative solutions
  • Navigate complexity and ambiguity with ease
Requirements
  • 2+ years of consulting experience in marketing within the consumer industry required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
  • Fluency in English; Fluency in German (for Munich location)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
