About the Role

Total Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator/Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Tendering team, you will be responsible for developing and managing bids for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to meet client requirements.
  • Manage bid teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of bids.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling bid content.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless bid execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company governance requirements and bid processes.
  • Maintain a central library of bid information and support materials.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Bid Coordinator/Manager with a strong background in tendering and bidding. The ideal candidate will have:

A degree-level education.A minimum of 8 years of experience in a tendering or bidding environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
