Are you an experienced professional looking for a challenging opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry? We are currently seeking a dynamic and engaging Bid Coordinator/Manager to join our team.

Main duties will include:

  • Reviewing client documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Responding to Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) activities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Developing compelling offers in response to client Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Invitations to Tender (ITTs).
  • Applying Orano processes for the development of quality and engaging bids, including the use of story-board processes.
  • Working with relevant engineering disciplines and corporate functions to develop compelling written content.
  • Managing the tender preparation and response process, including the coordination of bid teams and inputs from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiating with and managing sub-contractor and supplier inputs.
  • Working within Orano's gated Governance requirements, including presenting to reviewers where required.
  • Maintaining the central library of information and support material.

Requirements

Dependent on level of experience, the position offered will be Bid Manager or Bid Coordinator.

The preferred role requirements are as follows:

  • Educated at degree level.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience, preferably gained within a tendering/bidding environment.
