Job Title: Employee Experience Leader

Ascension Executive Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Employee Experience Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with unions and a strong understanding of HR principles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and experience
  • Collaborate with senior management to foster an inclusive company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Oversee all HR matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee onboarding
  • Provide guidance and support during tribunal cases, ensuring a fair and effective process
  • Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with union representatives
  • Ensure a seamless transition of employees under TUPE regulations

The estimated salary for this position is around $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We welcome applications from qualified and experienced HR professionals.
