About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist - Workday Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced reports to support strategic decision-making and financial operations, while also governing and enhancing the overall reporting suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday reports, including matrix reports, calculated fields, and custom reports, tailored to the needs of both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Utilise data visualization techniques to present complex financial information in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
  • Manage a database of financial and non-financial information, structuring it to facilitate decision-making and enhance the understanding of the P&L.
  • Analyse financial data from Workday to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
User Support and Process Improvement:
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to resolve technical problems and ensure the smooth operation of Workday reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting processes, implementing automation and streamlining techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and best practices to optimize reporting capabilities.
