Join Our Team as a Principal Environmental Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Environmental Consultant to lead our water sector EIA delivery across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for technical oversight and governance for water sector EIA development projects, reporting into the UK environmental assessment capability lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical oversight and governance for water sector EIA development projects
  • Leading a team of environmental practitioners to deliver EIA projects
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow and strengthen our environmental teams
  • Mentoring and managing people and project teams

About You:

  • 15+ years of experience in full EIA delivery, including screening, consultation, scoping, and ES delivery
  • Strong technical knowledge of EIA and environmental legislation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial flair, with a focus on growing and developing our environmental teams
