About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join our team at RPS Group. As an Acoustic Consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance on environmental acoustics to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality acoustic consultancy services to clients.
  • Conduct noise and vibration assessments, and provide expert advice on mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare fee proposals and manage projects within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Provide technical reviews and support to colleagues, and contribute to the development of our team's expertise.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Acoustic Consultant or in a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of environmental acoustics, including noise and vibration assessment and mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and to contribute to the development of our team's expertise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide expert advice.
