Collections and Network Driver

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Collections and Network Driver. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Collecting mail and parcels from post offices and processing centres
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
- Adhering to Royal Mail's health and safety policies and procedures
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.54, with opportunities for overtime and a contributory pension scheme. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service, and access to a range of benefits including uniform, parental leave, and discounts on high street vouchers, travel, and attraction discounts.
Requirements
- A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
